Both Lisa & Josée we're so easy to work with. We are 1st time cat owners & they were very accommodating & provided help along the way. We were even provided the option to contact them with any questions going forward. It's so obvious that they are super animal lovers & go out of their way in the best interest of their pets! We feel like we got the best kitty ever from them 😻😻😻
